As we all know what we consume and put into our bodies is very essential to our overall health and wellbeing. Growing up my sister and I witnessed the long term and eventually harmful effects of poor diet and/or lifestyle. What we eat and our lifestyle plays a major role not only within ourselves but our families and those around us in our communities. We decided that we wanted to seek change and save our communities. We took the initiative to get educated on public and nutrition to help bridge the gap in our families and communities. We want to see our people live and prosper. This journey to wellness is not a sprint but a marathon, not fast food but home-cooked nor processed yet homegrown.

I will be intentional about the things I consume, purchase and do to make sure that I’m eating food packed with nutrients and that are beneficial to my overall health. I’m also beginning to put plans in action for goals I’ve set.

I’ve decided to make a change for my son and I. Our daily meals are mostly from restaurants. My work schedule isn’t consistent and I don’t have time to prepare a healthy meal for us. I want to start doing healthy meal preps. I will contact you soon. Ready to live a healthier lifestyle.
